Rifampicin/isoniazid/pyrazinamide/ethambutol fixed dose combination 

Due to tender changes in the public sector and the subsequent discontinuation of Rifafour, the private sector is experiencing shortages of this product. The MacLeods brand, Rimtib, should be available by late November or early December. 

Sodium bicarbonate 8.5% 

There is currently a worldwide constraint in the supply of sodium bicarbonate 8.5% which is used in the management of severe metabolic acidosis and for various other indications.
