Milk Matters is a Cape Town-based breastmilk bank. They provide an essential service supplying donor breastmilk to premature babies when, for various reasons, the mother is not able to do so.

Breast milk, rather than formula, is essential in these neonates, to minimise the risk of severe infections such as necrotising enterocolitis.
