The NDoH recently released version 7 of their recommended COVID-19 treatment guidelines including the rationale used for making their recommendations.

The guidelines also include recommendations on which therapies should not be used, based on the available evidence. This can be particularly useful in settings where patients are often prescribed seven or eight items for mild disease. It’s time for rational prescribing!
